Sunday, April 29th and the last day of my season. Also the latest I have ever skied. We started early, expecting another hot one. There was some overnight freeze, but not a lot. Again, we headed from Alta to Supreme and skied into Dry Fork. The 'bilers the day before had made a bit of a mess of it, but there were still some good turns to be had in the corn.
Skiing into Dry Fork with Cascade Mountain in the distance.

It was ridiculously hot and after 2 runs in Dry Fork enough was enough. From the top of Supreme, looking at Alta there was an eerie silence.

The Castle, with no line up!

The previous day, we skied a good N facing shot off Supreme. It was only 10:30am, but it looked as if it was ready to go. We found perfect corn so banged out 3 quick laps.

12pm and that was done. We exited down the cat-track to Grizzly: The NW face of Patsey Marley would not have been a good option by that point.
End of day and end of season. It started where it finished: in Grizz Parking lot looking at a bare Superior.
