The temperature inversion remained, so with the alpine already above freezing, we made an early start. This required negotiating the sign again!

We were trying to ski as much of Horstman Peak as we could, accessed by booting up the ridge from 7th.

There were other folks heading up the Glacier.

From the peak, there was a bit of a scramble down the rocks before hitting the face. Unfortunately, the clouds then rolled in making the light very flat.

Skiing down the windcrust on the Glacier, we went over to Spankys to try and ski the chute on lookers left of Diamond.

It was quite tight in the middle.

The apron was pretty nice, so we could open it up.

Well almost!

Good powder below!
